The Employee Portal allows you to create a login for each of your employees where they can administer their personal details and view/print their past payslips.

 They do not have any access to other features of the system.


The Employee Login is located at:
https://login.shoebooks.com.au/net/employee 


Employees can view/edit the following information:

  • Title
  • First and Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Address
  • Bank Details
  • Payslips
  • Paycheques


There are 2 stages to create an employee login:

  • Create a user role for Employees (once off)
  • Create a login for each employee
